Terms of Engagement

By accessing this website, submitting a request, communicating with us, or using any service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.


Nature of Service

Private Aesthetic Access provides private coordination, introductions, concierge support, scheduling assistance, and client facilitation services only.

Services may include:

reviewing enquiries identifying potential providers arranging introductions coordinating schedules assisting with travel or logistics communication support premium client assistance

We do not directly provide treatment or healthcare services.


No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website or in any communication constitutes:

medical advice diagnosis treatment recommendation prescription healthcare provision emergency support therapeutic advice

Any medical decision must be taken directly with appropriately licensed independent professionals.


No Medical Provider Relationship

No doctor-patient, clinic-patient, or healthcare provider relationship is created with Private Aesthetic Access.

Any such relationship exists solely, where applicable, between the client and the independent provider chosen.


Independent Providers

All clinics, doctors, surgeons, practitioners, hotels, transport providers, assistants, and other third parties introduced remain independent entities.

They are solely responsible for:

licensing insurance pricing consent procedures professional conduct treatment delivery aftercare compliance outcomes

We do not control their acts or omissions.


Selective Access

Access is private and selective.

We may accept, decline, pause, suspend, or terminate any request or relationship at our sole discretion, particularly where requests are unsuitable, abusive, unlawful, unsafe, unrealistic, or incompatible with our standards.

No explanation is required.


No Guarantee

We operate on a best-efforts basis only.

We do not guarantee:

admission response time provider availability scheduling dates specific pricing treatment suitability results recovery time satisfaction commercial outcome 7. Client Responsibility

You confirm that information submitted is accurate and complete.

You remain solely responsible for:

personal decisions provider selection travel arrangements financial commitments understanding risks legal compliance in your jurisdiction

You must notify any material change relevant to your request.


Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

introductions may be free or fee-based concierge fees may apply provider fees are separate travel and accommodation are separate third-party charges are separate

Any estimate may change if scope changes.


Cancellations / Delays

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, provider changes, rescheduling, travel disruption, force majeure events, strikes, visa issues, border restrictions, weather, or events beyond reasonable control.

Third-party cancellation rules may apply separately.


Communications

You agree that communications may occur via:

Digital communications may involve inherent security risks.


Confidentiality

We aim to preserve discretion, subject to operational necessity, legal obligations, fraud prevention, cybersecurity response, and lawful disclosure requirements.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Private Aesthetic Access shall not be liable for:

medical complications dissatisfaction provider negligence injury emotional distress travel loss missed opportunities reputational damage indirect loss consequential loss third-party misconduct external platform failure

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to fees directly paid to Private Aesthetic Access for the relevant service.


Indemnity

You agree, where legally permitted, to indemnify and hold harmless Private Aesthetic Access against claims, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from:

false information supplied by you misuse of services breach of these terms unlawful conduct disputes primarily involving third parties introduced at your request 14. Intellectual Property

All branding, concepts, systems, text, design, visuals, and content are protected.

No copying, scraping, imitation, extraction, resale, or commercial reuse without prior written consent.


Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted in writing with reasonable detail and supporting information within a reasonable time after the relevant event.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including war, civil unrest, epidemic, cyberattack, power outage, telecom failure, transport shutdown, natural disaster, or government restriction.


Severability

If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue to the fullest extent possible.


Governing Law / Jurisdiction

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, any relationship or dispute shall be governed according to the law designated in the relevant engagement structure, operating entity, or written agreement.

Mandatory consumer rights may apply where legally required.
